Following on from my stories earlier I just wanted to answer this question “why didn’t you get on the scales and not look” this is why .. I can’t not look , i self sabotage i got myself to a place where the number on the scales were more important than living ! I wasn’t living I was existing … and I work hard everyday to make sure I’m living not just existing, we wouldn’t expect an alcoholic to just have one drink would we?
