Among those expressing their sorrow are renowned actresses Khloe Kardashian, Jennifer Garner, and Maria Shriver. Maria Shriver took to Instagram on July 5 to offer her prayers to the families affected by the Guadalupe River floods. “At this moment, it's crucial to surround the families with love and support,” she wrote.
