Although Victoria Beckham (formerly Posh Spice) and Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice) were unable to attend the nuptials of their Spice Girls colleague Melanie Brown to Rory McPhee, they conveyed their support from afar.
Beckham shared on her Instagram Story over the weekend, "Congratulations to you both! We hope your day was absolutely wonderful!!"
Chisholm also voiced her disappointment at missing the ceremony, adding, "I'm so sorry I couldn't be there, but can't wait to celebrate with you both soon! Yippee!"
Mel B’s Elegant Wedding Celebration
Melanie Brown celebrated her marriage to Rory McPhee on July 5 at The Crypt of St. Paul’s Cathedral in London. Emma Bunton, known as Baby Spice, attended the wedding along with celebrities such as Cara Delevingne, Daisy Lowe, and Katherine Ryan.
Wearing a stunning ivory gown custom-designed by Josephine Scott, which she later changed to a creation by Justin Alexander, the 50-year-old bride was accompanied by her three daughters, Pheonix Chi, Angel Iris, and Madison, who served as bridesmaids.
Rory McPhee complemented the celebrations in a stylish red and green tartan quilt and a tuxedo jacket.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Mel B remarked, "Marrying here is a huge honor because it's a place reserved for those who are truly special."
The proposal from Rory McPhee took place in 2022 during a romantic trip to Berkshire, England. On the UK version of Celebrity Gogglebox, Mel B recalled, "He told me, 'I love you, you're my best friend, and I want to spend my life with you,' surrounded by rose petals and a cozy log fire at Cliveden. It was incredibly romantic."
